EnterpriseWorks will provide an on-line support portal for clients to find certified independent engineers who can provide technical support services for the applications that they have purchased through the on-line repository.

Every certified engineer interested in offering support will be listed in the portal and will have a profile containing the following information:
  • Hourly rate fee
  • Areas of specialization
  • List of applications developed (authored)
  • List of applications offering technical support
  • Customer testimonials
  • Business Contacts
The portal will also allow client's to manage their application licenses and find alternative products they can switch to if they want to replace or upgrade.
